PAYMENT POLICY

At Two Sweet Cookies, all orders must be paid in full to secure your pickup date.

We currently accept payment via Venmo and Zelle only.

 

Payment Terms:

  • 100% payment is required no later than 14 days before your scheduled pickup date.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

  • If payment is not received by the required deadline, the order may be canceled and the pickup date released.

After your order is placed, you will receive instructions for completing payment through Venmo or Zelle.

Please include your name and order number in the payment note so we can correctly apply your payment.

If you have any questions about completing payment, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Two Sweet Cookies, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the policy below:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled pickup date are eligible for a full refund of any payment made.

Because ingredients, preparation, and decorating time are scheduled in advance, cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled pickup date are not eligible for a refund.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Please note that decorated cookies are handmade and artistic in nature. While we do our best to match requested designs and colors as closely as possible, exact colors, shading, and decorative details may vary slightly.

For this reason, refunds will not be issued due to minor design or color variations.

PICK UP POLICY

Orders are available for pickup on the agreed-upon date and time in South Reno, NV (exact address provided after ordering).

Please plan to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup window. If you anticipate being late, communication is greatly appreciated so alternate arrangements can be discussed.

Orders not collected within 15 minutes of the scheduled time may be placed outside for pickup. Orders not collected within 8 hours of the scheduled time may be resold at our discretion. No refunds will be issued for orders that are not picked up as arranged.

AFTER PICKUP

Once your order leaves our hands, it is considered accepted in good condition. Two Sweet Cookies is not responsible for any damage that occurs after pickup.

Design Policy

Two Sweet Cookies reserves the right to decline requests for designs that are explicit, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate at the discretion of the bakers.

Due to copyright and trademark laws, we are unable to recreate licensed characters, logos, or protected images. However, we are happy to design cookies inspired by your theme or colors.​

MEDIA Policy

Two Sweet Cookies may photograph cookie orders for use on our website, social media, and promotional materials. If you prefer that your order not be shared publicly, please notify us when placing your order.

ALLERGEN NOTICE

While every effort is made to prevent cross-contamination, our home kitchen handles common allergens including (but not limited to) eggs, milk, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee that products are allergen-free.

It is the customer’s responsibility to communicate potential allergen exposure to anyone consuming the products.

As a home-based bakery operating under cottage food guidelines, our kitchen is not subject to routine health department inspections.

How far in advance should I place my order?

Orders must be placed at least 14 days before your desired pickup date. We recommend ordering as early as possible to secure availability for your event.

When is payment due?

Do you offer delivery?

At this time, Two Sweet Cookies is pickup only. Pickup details and the exact location in South Reno will be provided after your order is confirmed.

What happens after I place my order?

After your order is placed:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation email.

  2. Submit payment via Venmo or Zelle.

  3. Once payment is received, we will confirm your pickup date and details.

Can I request specific colors?

Yes! Many of our cookie sets allow you to choose your preferred colors. Please include your color preferences when placing your order.

Will my cookies look exactly like the photos?

Decorated cookies are handmade and artistic in nature. While we always do our best to match designs and colors closely, small variations in color, shading, and decorative details may occur.

How should I store my cookies?

Decorated sugar cookies are best stored at room temperature in an airtight container. Avoid heat and direct sunlight and consume within 3 days for the freshest taste.

Cookies can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months. Do not refrigerate, as this may cause the cookie to become soggy.
